Information we collect
We collect information you provide to order or contact us, including business name, contact details, delivery address, Google review destination, colour choices and customisation notes.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. InStoreRep does not receive your complete card number. Stripe processes payment and address data under its own privacy terms.
How information is used
We use order information to configure, produce, deliver and support your products; respond to enquiries; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers needed for payment, hosting, fulfilment and delivery. We retain information only as reasonably needed for those purposes and legal recordkeeping.
