Orders and prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the supplied configuration can be fulfilled. We may contact you to clarify incomplete or invalid order details.
Configuration
You are responsible for supplying an accurate destination and having authority to use submitted branding. Production may be paused until required details or artwork are approved.
Review platform responsibility
InStoreRep products provide access to a destination you supply. They do not create, filter or guarantee reviews. Google account requirements, platform availability and submitted content are controlled by Google and the customer.
Shipping and returns
Shipping charges are shown before payment. Configured goods may have limited change-of-mind return eligibility. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptable use
Products must not be used to mislead customers, impersonate another business, manipulate reviews or direct users to unlawful or unsafe content.
