What to expect for configured, made-to-order review products.
Australian shipping
Stripe Checkout collects your Australian delivery address and shows any applicable shipping charge before payment is confirmed.
Production and dispatch
Products are configured for your supplied destination before dispatch. Production begins after review-link and artwork approval, and the estimated dispatch timing is confirmed with your order.
Order changes
Contact us promptly if your link, colour or customisation details are incorrect. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
Returns
Because configured products are made for a specific business, change-of-mind returns may be limited. This does not exclude rights available under Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
